Tim Warden owns and operates Steam Pro Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning in Chilliwack, BC. Tim is a local resident who was referred to me by an existing client (Thanks RLM Accounting!), and he approached me to help him build a brand new website for his business as he gears up to focus more on Commercial clientele and possibly expand his operations too.
Steam Pro Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning had no website before but made great use of Google Business listings and Facebook social media platforms, receiving nearly perfect reviews by customers! Tim knows how to run his business and to satisfy his customers, and knew exactly what he wanted for his website. This made working with Tim to be a very pleasant experience, and if he treats me the way he treats his customers then I’d have no problem recommending his business to family and friends in the area too.
One of the main purposes of this website was to ease the new business, so we created a page with a checklist of things to do before and after the steam treatments, a pricing list, and much more. Tim has been very happy as he’s now able to save so much time listing out everything he needs from each customer before he visits them, and this will save valuable time and money for everyone involved. Many before and after shots were added too, along with some videos showing the process of steam cleaning carpets and more.
